SAPPA Members: $1055.00 (incl GST)
Non-Members: $1375.00 (incl GST)
Please note that the conference dinner on Thursday night is included in your registration fee.
Additional dinner tickets are available for leadership staff unable to attend the day sessions.
Accommodation
Should you require accommodation, SAPPA has arranged special conference deals with the Stamford Grand, Glenelg and Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites.
Breakfast available at the discounted rate of $30.00 per person per day.

Conference Dinner
The conference dinner on Thursday 11 June is included in your registration and is a great SAPPA tradition.
Enjoy a fun night of fine dining and the chance to catch up with colleagues.
Sponsor Passport
Our sponsors are great supporters of SAPPA and without them we could not provide such a great range of products and services to members. Please show your appreciation by visiting their exhibits in the Lounge on the ground level.
Each delegate will receive a ‘Sponsor Passport’ to be validated by each sponsor as you visit their exhibit and go into the draw to win a great prize. Completed Sponsor Passports should be placed into the Sponsor Passport Box (located at the SAPPA Desk) by 12pm on Friday 12 June. In order to claim your prize, you must be present in the main conference room for the draw on Friday afternoon.
Car Parking
Free onsite parking available.
Travel Claims
SAPPA members from country regions are entitled to claim for mileage where the round trip in your car is > 250 km at the rate of 60c per km.
Claims will be processed after the conference and upon receipt of a claim form received by Monday 22 June 2026.

General
Accommodation costs and all other personal incidentals are your responsibility and will be at your own expense.
Wi-Fi will be available at no additional cost, but if you experience any problems, please see Bernice, Christine or Daniela.
Please ensure that all mobile phones are turned off or set to silent during conference proceedings.
