Once registration has been submitted, an automatically generated confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided above.

Please note that this confirmation email will also serve as a tax invoice.

A full tax invoice can be issued upon request to the SAPPA office.

Terms & Conditions

More than 30 Days’ Notice – full refund A full refund can be claimed by providing SAPPA with a written request no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference.

Less than 30 Days’ Notice – full refund minus administration fee A full refund minus $200.00 administration fee can be claimed by providing SAPPA with a written request no later than two weeks prior the first day of the conference

Within 2 Weeks No refunds

Should you be unable to attend the conference, your registration can be transferred to another person without penalty. If this person is not a SAPPA member, SAPPA will issue an invoice for the difference in registration fee.

There will be no refund available for ‘No Shows’.
